ONLINE BANKING UPDATE

Online Banking & Mobile App Are Getting an Update

A better Online Banking and Mobile App experience is coming in November — with more tools, more self-service options, stronger security, and improvements to many of the features you already use.

November 13–16, 2026

The important things are staying the same.

  • Your Dynamic FCU account numbers will not change.
  • Your existing Online Banking username will carry over.
  • Your existing Online Banking password will carry over.
  • You will not need to create a new Online Banking enrollment.

UPDATE STATUS: SCHEDULED

Our Online Banking and Mobile App update is scheduled to begin Friday, November 13 at 6:00 PM ET and is expected to be completed by Monday, November 16 at 8:00 AM ET.

What to expect

An Updated Online Banking Experience

Your accounts remain with Dynamic FCU throughout the update. The change affects the Online Banking and Mobile App experience — not your membership or account numbers.

Online Banking

The safest and recommended way to access Online Banking is through dynamicfcu.com.

  1. Visit dynamicfcu.com
  2. Expand the Online Banking login box
  3. Select Online Banking

If you bookmarked the current Online Banking address directly, we will attempt to redirect it. We still recommend starting at dynamicfcu.com.

Mobile App

iPhone & iPad: The existing Dynamic FCU app is expected to update and replace itself automatically.

Android: You will need to remove the existing Dynamic FCU app and install the updated app from Google Play after the update.

Official App Store links will be posted on this page before the update.

Built from member feedback. Over the past three years, we’ve heard from members about the tools and capabilities they’d like to have at their fingertips. This update keeps the features you use today, improves many of them, and introduces new ways to save, manage your accounts, communicate securely, and protect your information.

A Few Things to Know Before Update Weekend

Bill Pay

Existing App Updates

Bill Pay access will be unavailable from 2:00 PM ET Friday, November 13 through 8:00 AM ET Monday, November 16.

Your payees, recurring payments, scheduled payments, and eBills will carry over to the updated environment.

Mobile Check Deposit

During the outage you may visit Dynamic FCU during normal business hours, use a participating Shared Branch, or use an ATM that accepts check deposits.

Quicken, QuickBooks, Plaid & Other Financial Apps

Third-party financial applications and services will need to be reconnected or re-linked after the Online Banking update.

We currently anticipate that these connections may not become available until November 30, 2026 at the earliest. Some providers may take longer while they refresh their systems and financial institution directories.

Dynamic FCU has proactively notified major providers, including Intuit and Plaid, but each third-party provider ultimately controls the timing of its own update.

Do not repeatedly enter your Online Banking credentials into a third-party application if the updated Dynamic FCU connection is not yet available.

Browser & Device Requirements

For the best security and compatibility, use a current version of a modern web browser and keep your computer or mobile device operating system up to date.

Older browsers and operating systems may not support all features. Specific supported browser and mobile OS requirements will be posted before the November update.

Special considerations

Protect Yourself During the Update

Technology updates can give scammers a believable reason to send phishing emails, texts, or make fraudulent phone calls. Be cautious of anyone claiming you must immediately provide sensitive information because of the Online Banking update.

Safest login path: dynamicfcu.com → Online Banking

If Dynamic FCU contacts you unexpectedly, we will never ask you to provide:

  • Your full account number
  • Your account or MICR information printed on your checks
  • Your full Social Security number
  • Your Online Banking username or password
  • Your full debit or credit card number or PIN
  • Your card CVV or security code
  • A one-time verification code for a login or transaction you did not initiate

Never share a verification code with someone who contacts you. Enter a first-login verification code only into the official Dynamic FCU Online Banking system or Mobile App.

About remote support:

Dynamic FCU IT staff may use remote-support tools only when you have requested or knowingly authorized assistance and are actively working with an identified Dynamic FCU staff member. Never grant remote access because of an unexpected phone call, text, email, pop-up, or website message.

If something seems suspicious, stop and contact Dynamic FCU directly at (419) 586-5522.
